Visit the most popular website, you will find this on their company page, “in 1996, Stanford University graduate students Larry Page and Sergey Brin built a search engine called “BackRub.” By 1998 they created the company known today as Google.”

In 2015, the world loved Orlando City Soccer Club as well.  According to the Suntimes it ranked No. 2 in Google’s Year in Search of Top 10 trending soccer teams of 2015 in the United States.  In 2010, the City of Orlando became the first city in America to switch employees to Gmail. You can use Google applications for free.

You may have heard about “Cloud” computing.  As long as you have an internet connection you can access your files that are stored securely online or as they call it, in the “Clouds.”  It makes collaborating easy. You no longer have to email documents back and forth nor do you have to store it on your flash drive and take it everywhere with you.

Want a free Business phone number? Google can do that.  As an investor you can have your business calls go to the Google number.  You have the ability to forward those called and screen calls. When someone leaves a message Google transcribes it and can send it in a text or email.

I use Google Docs’ spreadsheets to keep track of the properties I am interested in buying while sharing the list with virtual assistants and colleagues who can work on it simultaneously.  I control who accesses the files. You will never hear, “I lost that file; can you send it to me again?” Google Forms is another free tool that can make you money.  You can easily create a customizable Google Forms for sellers to fill out on your house buying website. Google stores the data into a spreadsheet for you… Now ask yourself how much is it worth if you can close on one of those leads?

Let’s say you want to go see one of those leads, you can use a Google Calendar to schedule it.  You can share the calendar and allow others to see when you are available. We haven’t even scratched the surface of what is available for you to use for free with Google.   You may already be using Gmail for your emails. But what all of these other Google investor friendly applications:
